Long, long ago...in the Pleistocene of computer animated films I wrote, directed and produced this show for Australian Institute of Marine Science oceanographer Eric Wolanski. Eric's brief was to interest HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN in mathematical modelling!!!. The only catch was I had to use his oceanographic modelling outputs which consisted of a few folders PICT images sequences with none of the geographic or storytelling context you see here. As it turned out the solution at the time, (and I suspect now), was basketball. In 1997 this show was the equivalent of building a pyramid.
